Archer agrees to acquire Boeing’s Wisk Aero, Insitu and SkyGrid subsidiaries
Archer Aviation agreed to acquire Wisk Aero, Insitu and SkyGrid from Boeing, combining autonomous eVTOL development, uncrewed aircraft and airspace-management software. Boeing will receive an equity stake in Archer, and the transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026.
