The Robot Studio demonstrates HOPE with maxon actuation
maxon disclosed that The Robot Studio HOPE prototype uses EC-i 40 and EC 90 flat motors with EPOS4 controllers.

Evidence notes
- The first complete prototype stands two metres tall and can move and balance for up to one hour.
- Each arm uses four EC-i 40 drives, supplemented by six EC 90 flat motors elsewhere in the platform.
