Neros raises $250 million Series C at $2.5 billion valuation
Neros Technologies completed a $250 million Series C co-led by Sequoia Capital and American Strategic Technology Fund at a $2.5 billion post-money valuation.
Why it matters
The financing gives Neros scale-up capital for autonomous strike, counter-UAS and coordinated multi-drone programs alongside its existing FPV production base.

Evidence notes
- Interlagos, Valor Equity Partners, Allen & Company, Thiel Capital, Spark Capital and Figma co-founder Dylan Field also participated.
- The capital will accelerate production ramps and development of Archer AI, an FPV platform with terminal guidance and GPS-denied position hold.
- Neros is also developing Bandit for Class 2 and 3 counter-UAS missions; both programs are designed for multi-asset control and combat deployment by year-end 2026.
