Feagine launches Fi0 model and three tendon-driven manipulators
Feagine Robotics released its Fi0 cross-embodiment foundation model alongside the A01, A02 and A03 tendon-driven biomimetic manipulators.
Why it matters
The release links Feagine's compliant hardware range with a model designed to preserve task knowledge across changing robot bodies.

Evidence notes
- Fi0 combines language, vision, world state and an explicit robot-embodiment representation, and can accept a human demonstration as skill context during inference without a task-specific parameter update.
- A01, A02 and A03 scale from one flexible segment and 2 DoF to three segments and 6 arm DoF plus the end effector, with published maximum payloads of 200 g, 400 g and 600 g.
- All three arms support ROS 1/2 and Python/C++; A02 and A03 add a graphical interface plus MuJoCo and SAPIEN environments.
