BALYO becomes wholly owned by SoftBank and leaves Euronext Paris
BALYO became a wholly owned SoftBank subsidiary after Silver Bands 4 completed a mandatory squeeze-out and the shares were delisted from Euronext Paris.

- Silver Bands 4 acquired 9,918,839 remaining ordinary shares, representing 5.93% of BALYO's capital and theoretical voting rights.
- Minority holders received €0.60 in cash for each ordinary share transferred in the squeeze-out.
