Motorola Solutions completed its $1.5 billion acquisition of D-Fend Solutions, adding the EnforceAir RF cyber-takeover counter-drone platform to its public-safety and security portfolio.

D-Fend Solutions develops RF-cyber counter-drone systems that detect, identify and take control of rogue aircraft for a managed landing. Its non-kinetic technology is deployed in standalone and integrated configurations across military, law-enforcement, airport, border and critical-infrastructure environments. In June 2026, Motorola Solutions announced an agreement to acquire the Israeli company, subject to completion conditions.
