AgroIntelli’s bankruptcy separated Robotti software and patents from robots and parts
AgroIntelli entered bankruptcy in February 2026 after deploying Robotti machines internationally. The administrator could not sell the business intact: patents and software were sold separately, while completed robots, inventory and parts were marketed independently. Robotti technology may therefore reappear, but there is no single successor carrying the manufacturer, installed fleet and support obligations together.
