Founded in 2024, it secured a multi-million-pound UK Ministry of Defence contract for Skyhammer, which entered delivery and Jordan trials in 2026. The company had raised about $100 million in early capital before a July 2026 report said it was nearing a $300 million financing at roughly a $3.5 billion valuation.
