Coco uses teleoperator interventions as both operational support and training data

Coco’s sidewalk robots are remotely monitored during live operation, with human teleoperators able to intervene or guide them through ambiguous situations. The company feeds those interventions back into model development so later robots can handle similar cases autonomously.
