Dexory replaced BotsAndUs' customer-facing service-robot route with warehouse intelligence
The company began as BotsAndUs and deployed autonomous robots across retail and travel, initially serving front-of-house and on-shelf inventory work. Customer operations teams pulled it into warehouses, prompting a 2021 shift into logistics, a warehouse-scanning robot in 2022 and the Dexory name later that year. Dexory is the same company rather than a successor, but its present digital-twin and warehouse-intelligence business is the outcome of a material market and product-strategy change, not simple continuation of the original service-robot proposition.
