Nortek develops acoustic current-measurement and navigation instruments; Tritech and Klein Marine Systems supply imaging and side-scan sonar; Strategic Robotic Systems builds the FUSION hybrid ROV/AUV; Reach Robotics develops electric subsea manipulators; RS Aqua integrates ocean-science systems; and MRV produces autonomous profiling floats. Shared software and transducer teams support product development across the group.
The company was incorporated in Norway in April 2021 and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under GENO in March 2026. Its Robotics segment generated NOK96.9 million of revenue and NOK41.3 million of EBITA in Q2 2026, with MRV consolidated from 9 April. General Oceans sells through 20 offices and more than 50 distributors, serving customers in over 65 countries across defence, ocean science and marine infrastructure.
