Gestalt Robotics’ projects and entire workforce continued after insolvency through an asset transfer, not survival of the old company
Gestalt Robotics entered insolvency proceedings in late 2023, but its administrator kept the business operating while arranging a sale. INDUS acquired the operating assets in March 2024, retained all employees and continued the projects under Gestalt Automation. The commercial capability survived unusually intact, while the transaction remained an asset deal out of an insolvent legal entity.
