RobCo bought Rapid Robotics’ operating assets rather than the former company

RobCo’s 2025 US launch used assets acquired from Rapid Robotics, including hardware, customers and members of the team. RobCo describes those elements as part of its own US operation; it does not describe Rapid Robotics as a continuing subsidiary. Existing Rapid systems therefore have operating continuity inside RobCo without corporate continuity for the former vendor.
