Water Linked develops compact Doppler velocity logs, 3D imaging sonar, acoustic modems and underwater positioning systems for ROVs, AUVs, divers and survey teams. Founded in Trondheim in 2013 and part of NORBIT since June 2026, its sensors support navigation, perception and autonomy in GPS-denied subsea operations.
About
Water Linked develops compact underwater navigation and communications equipment for remotely operated and autonomous vehicles, divers and survey teams. Its range includes Doppler velocity logs, 3D sonar, acoustic positioning systems and modems for work where satellite navigation is unavailable.
The product line spans short-range DVLs through the A250, the Sonar 3D-15, UGPS kits and the M16 modem. These components provide velocity, positioning, perception or communications inputs that vehicle builders combine into a wider subsea autonomy stack.
