The system coordinates robots with elevators, telephones, access controls and staff workflows so machines can deliver guest items, move medicines and specimens, perform public-area cleaning and support front-of-house service.
The Beijing company was founded in 2014 and is listed in Hong Kong. It reports deployments across more than 40,000 businesses in over 30 countries, with 32,000 robots active on a typical day in 2026. Yunji is also expanding into factory logistics and assembly support, including a new collaboration with PATEO Connect covering control-module manufacturing and robot-system architecture.
