About

About Zena

Zena is Aethon's autonomous hospitality delivery robot for guest amenities, food, linen and packages. Four independently secured compartments support several destinations in one run, or the dividers can be removed to create two larger bays. Guests receive a QR code and PIN on their phone to open the assigned compartment.

Wireless elevator integration enables multi-floor routes without a button-pushing arm. The specification sheet lists a 45 kg payload, 0.76 m/s maximum speed, ten-hour effective runtime and LiDAR, 3D and sonar sensing. Zena returns to its dock automatically, while Aethon's Command Center provides encrypted remote support.
