AmbiSort A-Series is Ambi Robotics’ configurable parcel-sortation family for picking mixed small parcels and routing them into destination sacks or totes. Bin-fed and conveyor-fed layouts combine an industrial arm, soft-touch gripper, barcode scanning, quality control and a gantry transfer stage.
About
AmbiSort A-Series is a fixed robotic sortation cell for last-mile parcel operations. A vision system identifies parcels, AmbiOS calculates grasp points and an industrial arm uses a three-zone soft-touch suction gripper to lift each item. Parcels then pass barcode scanning and vision quality-control stages before a gantry transfers them into the assigned sack or tote. Customers can configure bin-fed or conveyor-fed inputs and choose the number and type of outputs.
The published A-Series V3 specification sheet lists more than 325 parcels per hour for bin-fed systems and more than 400 for conveyor-fed systems, with greater than 99% correct-output accuracy. Those figures apply to the V3 configuration. Ambi offers the system under a robotics-as-a-service model and reported more than 100 million commercial sorts across over 80 deployed robots by June 2025.
