About

About Kria AI Series

AMD Kria AI Solutions is the current Ryzen AI Embedded X100 system-on-module offering for physical-AI and autonomous-machine designs. The platform combines a 16-core Zen 5 CPU, RDNA 3.5 graphics and an XDNA 2 neural-processing unit with up to 128 gigabytes of unified memory. The production module uses a COM-HPC form factor, while a partner-validated developer platform adds a carrier board and interfaces for prototyping.

The developer configuration supports as many as eight cameras and targets robotics perception, multimodal inference and local decision workloads. This current Kria AI identity is distinct from AMD’s earlier Kria K24 and K26 adaptive SOM families, which use different silicon and development kits. Keeping those boundaries explicit prevents legacy K-series specifications from being merged into the Ryzen AI Embedded X100 record.
