Electric Atlas starts a new industrial record
Hydraulic Atlas made Boston Dynamics famous for dynamic humanoid research, but it was never the factory product now moving toward deployment. Boston Dynamics retired that platform before introducing the all-electric Atlas for industrial work. The research legacy carried forward, while the hardware, product purpose and deployment record changed. Hyundai factory work belongs to electric Atlas; the earlier demonstrations explain where the technology came from, not how the current product is performing in industry.
