About

About Amiga Flex

Bonsai Robotics Amiga Flex is a compact electric field robot for outdoor research and light-duty commercial work. Roughly the size of a small ATV, it can tow, carry or operate implements for weeding, hauling, spraying, mowing and crop scouting. The field-ready chassis supports an 800 lb combined payload, 700 lb lift through a Category 0 three-point system and 1,600 lb towing capacity.

Every Flex carries the compute and sensor suite for Bonsai Intelligence, enabling vision-based navigation, perception and task execution alongside operator-controlled use. Swappable batteries provide more than eight hours of runtime per pack, and open APIs plus standard power and data interfaces support custom sensors and implements. Configurable dimensions let the platform work in crop rows, hoop houses, greenhouses and research plots. The base Flex remains distinct from the task-specific Flex WEED-IT spraying configuration.
