About
Comanche is Forum Energy Technologies' all-electric remotely operated vehicle for subsea survey, inspection and light intervention. Its open frame provides space for cameras, sonar, navigation sensors and data-collection equipment, while an auxiliary hydraulic package powers manipulators and mission tooling.
Depth configurations are available for 2,000, 3,000 or 6,000 metres, with a rated 285-kilogram payload and 35-kilowatt maximum power. The compact 1,130-kilogram vehicle reduces deck footprint compared with larger work-class systems. Comanche operates in oil and gas, renewable energy, civil engineering, defence and scientific programmes, supported by FET commissioning, maintenance and lifecycle services.
