DT640 is Deep Trekker’s compact underwater utility crawler for inspecting and maintaining submerged infrastructure. Rubber or magnetic wheels and modular tools adapt it for tanks, vessel hulls and other difficult surfaces.
About
DT640 is a compact remotely operated utility crawler for submerged inspection and maintenance. The 710 × 406 × 228 mm vehicle weighs 16.6 kg and is rated to 50 metres. Its stainless-steel and aluminium body carries a low-light colour camera and 900-lumen lighting for live visual work in tanks, on hulls and around underwater infrastructure.
The crawler can use rubber wheels for general surfaces or patented magnetic wheels for steel structures, with a two-wheel-drive layout that supports zero-radius turns. Deep Trekker offers task-specific configurations for pressure washing, vacuuming, thickness testing and scraping marine growth. The magnetic setup keeps the platform attached to ferrous surfaces during inspection, while the tether and handheld controller keep power, video and operator control at the surface.
