About

About HM-4A85

HM-4A85 is DENSO WAVE's 850 mm-arm, 20 kg-payload configuration in the HM four-axis SCARA family. A rack-and-pinion vertical axis and gravity-balanced air cylinder support high-speed transfer of heavier workpieces, while tool air lines and electrical wiring are routed through the robot as standard equipment.

The model provides J1/J2 repeatability of +/-0.025 mm and an approximately 0.3 second manufacturer reference cycle. Its final model suffix selects a 100, 150, 200, 300 or 400 mm vertical stroke; standard, UL-listed, dust- and splash-proof, cleanroom and overhead-mount configurations are available within the broader family.
