CS530H is Elite Robots' five-axis collaborative arm designed around palletizing and end-of-line handling. Its 30 kg payload and 1,522 mm reach support heavier cartons and workpieces, while the five-axis architecture removes motion that is unnecessary for many vertical pick-and-place cycles.
Elite specifies +/-0.1 mm repeatability, up to 4.0 m/s TCP speed and a 58 kg arm mass. The robot is IP65 as standard and optionally IP68. A complete CP palletizing system can stack to 2,300 mm, but that system-level figure is kept separate from the arm's own 1,522 mm reach.
