REAV-25 is a compact battery-electric survey USV for ports, harbours and shallow inland waters. Its aluminium catamaran hull carries modular survey payloads from shore-based or remote control stations.
About
REAV-25 is a 2.5-metre battery-electric uncrewed surface vessel built for commercial survey work in ports, harbours and shallow shoreline environments. Its welded aluminium catamaran hull is derived from HydroSurv's REAV-28 platform and is aligned with the MGN 702 (M) general exemption for qualifying sheltered-water operations.
A 6 kWh, 24-volt battery system powers twin 2.5 kW rim-driven pod thrusters, while the deck supports up to 50 kg of survey payload. The 210 kg lightship can be moved on a small trailer and handled through a single lifting point. Radio, cellular and Starlink-ready communications support line-of-sight control from an ad hoc shore station or operation through a remote operations centre.
