REAV-60 is HydroSurv’s long-endurance battery-hybrid survey USV for coastal hydrography, geophysics and subsea inspection. Interchangeable payload skids let one vessel support different sensing and ROV configurations.
About
REAV-60 is a 5.7-metre commercial-duty uncrewed surface vessel for hydrographic, geophysical and subsea inspection missions. Demountable demi-hulls and interchangeable payload skids allow the same aluminium catamaran platform to carry different survey packages, towing equipment or an inspection-class ROV and its umbilical.
The battery-hybrid powertrain combines a 24 kWh battery with dual 8 kW generators and twin steerable 8 kW rim-driven pod drives. A 380-litre fuel capacity supports extended campaigns, while the vessel carries up to 200 kg and reaches 6.5 knots. Its navigation and situational-awareness architecture is designed for beyond-visual-line-of-sight work, with 2.4/5 GHz radio, 4G/LTE and Starlink connectivity managed across the available links.
