About

About REX MK III

REX MK III is IAI's hybrid-electric multi-mission UGV for infantry logistics, intelligence and surveillance, casualty evacuation and configured weapon or drone payloads. The 900 kg vehicle reaches a maximum gross weight of 2,000 kg, providing a common mobile base for supplies, sensors and mission equipment. Published configuration figures span 1.1–1.25 tonnes of payload.

The platform reaches 25 km/h, while its published total-range figures span 300–500 km and consistently include about 70 km in electric silent mode. The control architecture supports beyond-line-of-sight teleoperation, follow-me behaviour and fully automated operation. Cargo volume supports medical supplies and field logistics, while optional electro-optical sensors, tactical radar and acoustic gunshot detection provide situational awareness. The platform is designed for air and helicopter transport into operating areas.
