About

About JAKA Zu12

JAKA Zu12 is a six-axis collaborative robot arm for mid-payload factory automation. It carries 12 kilograms across a 1,327-millimetre reach and repeats positions within ±0.03 millimetres. The 41-kilogram arm has an IP54 enclosure and nominal power consumption of 500 watts.

The working envelope suits machine tending, loading and unloading, packing, palletising and general part handling. Operators can guide the arm by hand and build workflows through JAKA’s graphical programming environment, while system integrators can connect tooling and cell equipment through the controller. Its combination of reach and payload targets processes that need more capacity than compact cobots without moving to a large conventional industrial arm.
