CW-30E is JOUAV's hybrid-powered vertical-take-off fixed-wing aircraft for long-duration land and maritime missions. It takes off and lands vertically, transitions to wing-borne cruise and carries up to eight kilograms of cameras, LiDAR, gimbals or radar. JOUAV lists a 4.4-metre wingspan, 38-kilogram maximum takeoff weight and eight-hour endurance with a six-kilogram payload.

The flight-control system supports automated pre-flight checks, task execution, return and landing. A control link of up to 200 kilometres and 90 km/h cruise speed suit large-area inspection, surveying and surveillance. EagleMap and FlightSurv provide mission planning, live video, mapping and data-processing workflows, while mobile-platform takeoff and landing extends the aircraft to maritime operations.
