BXP135X is a floor-mounted six-axis member of Kawasaki's BXP/BTP large general-purpose robot family. It combines a 135 kg payload with 2,991 mm reach and ±0.06 mm position repeatability. The mechanical unit weighs 880 kg and is paired with Kawasaki's F02 controller, which requires a published 7.5 kVA supply for this configuration.

Kawasaki uses a slim, rigid arm and hollow wrist so process cables and hoses can pass through the structure, reducing interference with peripheral equipment and improving the fidelity of offline cell simulation. The wrist is rated IP67 equivalent and the base axes IP54 equivalent. Published joint-speed limits run from 105 to 300 degrees per second, while the supported ambient range is 0-45 °C.
