The free Cockpit application manages software, assets and licences. Sim Basic covers drag-and-drop cell configuration, I/O mapping and deployment preparation, while licensed Sim Advanced adds multi-robot simulation, virtual controller instances, controller round-loading and online program analysis. KUKA states cycle-time prediction accuracy of 98 percent for evaluated projects.
