OMRON MD-650/900 is a medium-payload autonomous mobile robot family for production and intralogistics sites. The MD-650 carries up to 650 kilograms and travels at up to 2.2 metres per second; the MD-900 carries up to 900 kilograms and reaches 1.8 metres per second. Natural-feature navigation avoids fixed guide paths or extensive facility changes.

Front and rear safety laser scanners provide 360-degree sensing across 128 dynamic safety zones, with automatic footprint switching for attached loads. OMRON Fleet Manager coordinates as many as 100 mobile robots and selects vehicles according to payload and availability. Runtime reaches ten hours without payload or eight hours at full load, and an automated charge from 20 to 80 percent takes about 20 minutes.
