About

About RB-KAIROS+

RB-KAIROS+ is Robotnik's omnidirectional autonomous mobile manipulator, engineered for plug-and-play integration with Universal Robots e-Series arms. The platform combines a mecanum-wheel mobile base with UR7e, UR12e or UR16e manipulators for pick-and-place, part feeding, machine tending, metrology, inspection, cleaning, polishing, screwing and drilling workflows.

The indoor IP42 base travels at up to 1.5 m/s and operates for up to 12 hours. Standard wheels carry 100 kg, with a 250 kg high-capacity option, while the safety package combines two 2D safety lidars with a safety PLC. An i7 computer, 5G router, inertial unit, RGB-D camera, charging station and ROS 2 architecture support navigation, perception and integration into reconfigurable production cells.
