About

About Ekinox Micro

Ekinox Micro is SBG Systems' compact GNSS-aided inertial navigation unit for land, marine and airborne platforms. It combines tactical-grade MEMS inertial sensing with a multi-frequency, dual-antenna GNSS receiver, delivering RTK horizontal position of 0.01 metres plus 0.5 ppm and RTK heading accuracy of 0.05 degrees. The 165-gram enclosure measures 42 by 57 by 60 millimetres.

The unit outputs navigation data at up to 200 Hz and stores as much as 48 hours internally at that rate. Ethernet, serial, CAN, synchronization inputs and REST configuration support vehicle and sensor integration, while odometer, DVL and external-magnetometer aiding cover different motion profiles. Its IP68 enclosure, −40 to 71 °C operating range and military environmental qualifications suit autonomous vehicles, UAVs, UGVs, surface vessels and underwater-navigation systems.
