JUPITER ASPV is solar-powered waterway asv for collect debris, cut aquatic plants and monitor water.
About
JUPITER ASPV is an autonomous solar-powered surface vessel for maintaining waterways and water catchments. It can retrieve floating debris, clear aquatic plants, and carry equipment for water-quality sampling or monitoring. Operators can run it manually, remotely or autonomously, while stereovision cameras support obstacle detection and avoidance.
A two-kilowatt solar roof charges the onboard batteries and powers the vessel's systems. Mission attachments include a conveyor-belt skimmer for flotsam and cutter systems for aquatic vegetation. JUPITER can also work with surveillance drones that cue the vessel toward areas requiring collection or inspection.
