TS2-80 extends Stäubli's four-axis SCARA platform to an 800 mm reach while retaining an 8.4 kg payload. It is intended for high-speed assembly, handling and packaging operations that need a larger horizontal work envelope than the TS2-60.
The direct-drive J1 and J2 architecture, enclosed arm and internal services are shared across the TS2 family. For this configuration, Stäubli specifies +/-0.015 mm XY repeatability and +/-0.004 mm Z repeatability, with IP65 protection and floor or wall mounting for industrial workcells.
