IntraMove AMR 1500 is Swisslog's 1,500 kg autonomous pallet transporter for medium-to-heavy warehouse flows. Its differential-drive chassis, integrated lift and configurable top modules support horizontal transport under fleet management or within SynQ-controlled automation.

IntraMove AMR 1500 is the middle-payload model in Swisslog's 600, 1,500 and 3,000 kg mobile-robot series. The differential-drive vehicle measures 1,300 × 900 × 263 mm, weighs 290 kg with its battery and carries up to 1,500 kg. Swisslog lists 1.8 m/s maximum speed with load, 1.5 m/s unloaded, a 48 V / 48 Ah battery and ten-hour operating duration. Navigation can use laser SLAM or floor QR codes.
An integrated lifting device raises loads smoothly, while platforms, conveyors and other top modules adapt the chassis to pallet, box or container transfer. The robot can run under Swisslog fleet management as a standalone transport subsystem or connect through standard interfaces to a WCS, WMS and Swisslog SynQ. The 12 August 2025 family launch framed IntraMove as scalable horizontal transport; actual throughput depends on top module, traffic, charging, safety zones and host-system orchestration.
