About

About UR18

UR18 combines an 18 kg maximum payload with 950 mm reach in a 39.2 kg arm, allowing larger tools and parts to be handled without the mass of a longer-reach cobot. A maximum TCP speed of 4 m/s and ±0.05 mm repeatability support fast pick-and-place, case packing, assembly and high-torque screwdriving in compact cells.

The arm uses a 204 mm mounting footprint and an integrated M8 tool connector carrying power, I/O and RS-485 communication. IP65 protection and ISO Class 4 cleanroom certification extend deployment into dusty, wash-exposed, semiconductor and pharmaceutical environments. Programmable status lighting provides visible machine-state feedback at the workstation.
