XLX-C is Forum Energy Technologies' compact hydraulic work-class remotely operated vehicle for deepwater survey and intervention. A machined frame, high-power thrusters and configurable tooling support inspection, construction, maintenance, submarine rescue preparation and other demanding subsea operations.
The vehicle is available for 3,000, 4,000 or 6,000-metre depths and supplies up to 150 kilowatts of power. It carries 350 kilograms of payload, provides 4,000 kilograms of through-frame lift and produces 850 kilograms of bollard pull. FET has delivered XLX-C systems to offshore construction, vessel and naval operators and provides commissioning, upgrades and round-the-clock lifecycle support.
