Everdrone DEMS enters live emergency service in Normandy
Everdrone’s DEMS platform entered operational service in Forges-les-Eaux, its first French deployment integrated with emergency dispatch.
Evidence notes
- The service is integrated into the regional emergency dispatch chain for suspected cardiac-arrest calls.
- DEMS carries an AED to the scene within minutes and can arrive several minutes before an ambulance.
- Everdrone implemented the service with Delivrone, SAMU 76 Rouen, CHU Rouen Normandie, Région Normandie and Forges-les-Eaux.
