RENATUS ROBOTICS completed an integrated automated warehouse at FS Unimanagement's SHIP Grand Base Tokyo and began full operation in February 2026.

  • The roughly 700-tsubo installation uses 46 shuttles, seven lifts, 12 picking stations and two inbound stations.
  • RENATUS reports maximum capacity of 15,633 containers and more than 60,000 SKUs, with one worker able to consolidate four orders at a station.
  • The healthcare-logistics centre is also planned to test a robotic picking line for 24-hour operation while retaining maintenance access for business-continuity recovery.

Renatus Robotics develops autonomous logistics and warehouse automation systems. The company announced $2 million in seed funding to build fully unmanned logistics infrastructure for e-commerce and automated warehouse operations.
