Soft Robotics raised a USD 10 million Series B extension to expand commercial operations and launch SoftAI-powered robotic solutions.

Soft Robotics developed compliant robotic grippers, 3D vision and control software for handling variable and delicate food products. In 2024 it sold its gripper business assets to Schmalz and the remaining company shifted toward machine vision under the Oxipital AI name.
