Draper spun out Dexai Robotics as a new company to commercialise AI-enabled food-preparation robots for industrial kitchens and restaurants.

Dexai Robotics develops robotic kitchen systems that automate ingredient handling and meal assembly. Spun out of Draper, its approach uses perception and adaptable manipulation to work with existing kitchen layouts, utensils and workflows.
