Silicon Box opens SGD 2 billion Singapore packaging fab
Silicon Box opened its SGD 2 billion advanced semiconductor packaging facility in Singapore Tampines Wafer Fab Park.

- The 73,000-square-metre site combines research, development and manufacturing for chiplet interconnection and panel-level packaging.
- Silicon Box said the facility would support customers across AI, data centres, electric vehicles, mobile and wearable systems.
