Department of War invests USD 25 million in ReElement expansion
The U.S. Department of War announced a USD 25 million investment to expand ReElement Technologies critical-minerals refining lines in Marion, Indiana.

Evidence notes
- The agreement funds equipment, installation and working capital for domestic rare-earth and defence-critical mineral refining.
- The expanded lines will process end-of-life magnets and other recycled feedstocks into high-purity rare-earth oxides, yttrium, gadolinium, germanium and gallium.
- The agreement includes safeguards restricting transactions with foreign entities of concern and is government industrial-base support, not an equity round.
