SUitee Cobotics validates dual-mode store-assistance robot with SICK
SUitee Cobotics validated a mobile retail-assistance robot that can navigate autonomously or follow staff while operating safely around customers.

Evidence notes
- The sensor stack combines four SICK lidar units, a three-dimensional infrared camera, onboard AI and a Flexi Soft safety controller.
- The robot maps store interiors, reroutes around blocked aisles and slows or stops when people enter its path.
- After pre-summer testing, SUitee completed the first delivery of its autonomous assistance robots in September 2020.
Company context
