Munich Airport begins WHILL gate-navigation service in Terminal 2
WHILL launched autonomous wheelchair service for departing passengers in Munich Airport Terminal 2.
Evidence notes
- The service began in the satellite building of Terminal 2 in early August 2025.
- Aicher Airport Services supports boarding while passengers select their gate on the chair touchscreen.
- The chair navigates to the gate and autonomously returns to its starting point after the trip.
