Fabmatics validates HERO Scout in Infineon Dresden cleanroom trial
Fabmatics and Infineon evaluated a HERO Scout prototype under real production conditions in Infineon Dresden’s 200 mm lithography fab through the AIMS 5.0 programme.

- The trial used dummy reticle SMIF pods and 200 mm wafer carriers across transport, handling and narrow-aisle navigation scenarios.
