Clobot fixes rights-offering price at KRW20,600 per share

Clobot set the final price for 5,494,500 rights-offering shares at KRW20,600, producing gross proceeds of KRW113.187 billion.

The final pricing converts Clobot's previously announced financing plan into a defined capital raise principally supporting its Doosan Logistics Solutions acquisition and expansion.
