Matic added hands-free voice and pointing-based commands to its home cleaning robot.
Evidence notes
- Cues supports more than 70 languages through Gemini and can hear spoken commands from up to 10 metres away.
- Gesture recognition tracks the direction of a user's pointing hand to locate a mess, while voice commands can target rooms, cleaning modes, schedules and follow-me movement.
- The wake phrase is detected on the robot; after the chime, requests are processed anonymously by Gemini and are not stored.
